Our School

We at Madison-Grant High School are thrilled to be part of such a flourishing school and district. We offer our students many diverse classes and programs to choose from each semester. However, we are still able to keep our class sizes small so that our students can truly benefit from our team of highly professional and qualified teachers. Some of those opportunities are, but are not limited to, the following:

  • A/P Courses
  • Athletics
  • Dual Credit Courses
  • Fine Arts
  • Multiple Learning Device (MLD)
  • One to One Math Classrooms
  • Smart School

Core Values

In 2009 our school board developed and approved the following core value system that we adhere to today. We encourage you to take a moment and become familiar with these standards.

  1. Integrity - Doing what you say you are going to do; adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty
  2. Continuous Improvement - Showing growth and progress in learning and teaching; an ongoing effort to improve education services or processes, and student learning; these efforts can seek “incremental” improvement overtime or “breakthrough” improvement all at once
  3. High Expectations - Raising the bar; requiring more from our students
  4. Accountability - Holding people responsible for their performances and behaviors; obligation or willingness to accept responsibility
  5. Data Driven Decision-Making - The process of collecting student data—academic performance, attendance, demographics, etc
  6. Teamwork - A joint action by two or more persons or a group, in which each person subordinates his or her individual interests and opinions to the unity and efficiency of the group
  7. Safety - Protected against physical, social, spiritual, financial, emotional, occupational, psychological, educational, or other types of consequences of failure, damage, error, accidents, or harm
  8. Alignment - Eliminating gaps and overlaps with standards; clear, common direction and communication that promotes people working toward mutually intelligible goals
